Credit Cards.
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. This will ensure your accommodation is held until you arrive for the first night of your stay (until 7.00am the following day).
In the event that you do not arrive at the property or if you cancel your reservation , an amount equivalent to your first night tariff will be debited to your credit card.

If you do not feel comfortable sending credit cards details by email, or over the internet, we suggest you call us on +64 9 402 7348, send these details by facsimile to +64 9 402 8257 or perhaps by sending the details in two separate emails (card number first, then the expiry date).
