Boats & fishing:
Boats are welcome. We have a basic boat washing & fish cleaning area onsite (let’s be honest, it’s a sink bench and a hose, but what more do you really need?) And there’s a large chiller to keep your catch fresh.

We’re only a few minutes drive from all-weather boat ramps at Opua & Waitangi river. And if rod fishing’s more your thing, we’re 10-20 mins walk to the local surf casting tour spots.

Speed limit:
There is a 5km speed limit throughout the village at all times.
Please go slower if possible as there’s often children playing.

Alcohol:
Drinking in the units or on the deck/patio is fine, but please be aware that there’s a No Alcohol policy in the common Areas, e.g. pool enclosure, playground etc.
No loud parties please.

Pets: Sorry folks, no pets allowed.

Check in is 2pm -7pm. Late check-ins by prior arrangement please, otherwise a surcharge of NZD $20 will apply.
Check out is 9.45am.
Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance.

Room rates (available on booking page) are for 2 persons staying in a 1 bedroom unit; and 4 persons staying in a 2 bedroom unit.
Extra adults, and children over 2 yrs, are charged at NZD $35pp per night.

Children under 2 years stay free when using baby cots.
We have high chairs & portacots onhand, but these are subject to availability. Please check with us beforehand, especially in summer.

Payment options:
American Express, Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners Club, Maestro, Switch, Bankcard, Eftpos or cash.

There is a 50% deposit required for bookings.
Cancellation / Prepayment Cancellation & prepayment policies vary by room type. Please check the conditions of your required room at time of booking.
The company  reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
Supplements/extras will not be calculated automatically in the total when booking online and must be paid separately at the hotel.
